Cruzo will comply with local and international laws and regulations that apply to our activities, as well as international standards we have underta- ken to adhere to.

Cruzo will contribute to the United Nations (UN) 2030 Agenda by focusing on water and climate, mainly supporting the SDG8, SDG13, SDG15 goals of Sustainable Development.

Bribes

Cruzo will conduct its business in a fair and legal way. For this reason, Cruzo will not pay or receive bribes and Cruzo does not allow for an employee to pay or receive bribes.

Cruzo will conduct its business in a fair and legal way. For that reason, Cruzo will not make facilitation payments and Cruzo does not allow for facilitation payments to be paid for the benefit of Cruzo.

Travel, entertainment, gifts and personal benefits

Cruzo will conduct its business in a fair way. Cruzo has a strong tradition for building good relation- ships with creators, customers and parthers - and Cruzo will continue to do so. Cruzo will not grant any benefit, which might unduly influence of a creator, or a partner, or a customer in the dealings with Cruzo.

Conflicts of interest

Cruzo will ensure that business decisions are taken in the best interest of Cruzo. Cruzo will not accept that an employee uses his/hers position in the organization for personal gain or in the interest of anything else other than Cruzo.

Cruzo has a clear purpose, which is independent of party politics. Cruzo does therefore not support or make contributions to any political party or any political candidate.

Confidentiality - Trade secrets and data privacy

Cruzo provides access for its employees to confidential information under the precondition that the confidential information belongs to Cruzo, and that each employee keeps the information confidential. Cruzo will strive to ensure that any information received from customers or business partners is handled and used appropriately in accordance with the terms and conditions under which it was disclosed and that Cruzo does not violate any confidentiality obligations.

Cruzo will always to the extent possible ensure that competition in any market in which Cruzo operates is fair, free, and unlimited. Cruzo will adhere to all competition laws and regulations, which apply to its activities or business.
